Friends and Family,

I just wanted to say thank you for all the support you have showed Ali, Ryan, and I over the past month as we worked to make our dream of lighting up numerous villages in rural West Africa with solar powered LED lanterns a reality. Through all your hardwork and support, out of 1190 submitted projects, we were selected to the top 25! We’re really thankful, but far more importantly, all those countless people whom this project can benefit will be as well.

As we learn more details about the second round of voting, we will be in touch with all of you again, asking for your vote and support one more time as we try to make real the 1 in 5 shot we currently have of obtaining at least $100,000 in funding for this project.

    This is a fantastic low cost, low maintenance, easy to use solution to a major problem in west Africa. Good luck with your endeavors.
